Totally useless. They came off within hours. How do I get my money back?

I am sorry you are not happy with your ToeGrips experience. Falling off too quickly is the main complaint we hear from customers. The good news is we can help! When ToeGrips fall off within hours there is usually an issue with sizing or application technique. We have been able to help thousands of dogs and sometimes only a small adjustment is needed to achieve success. I spoke with our customer care team and they have been trying to reach you by email. Could you check your junk folder and see if you can find their message? They are having trouble finding your order with just your name and email.
